The water can NOT be too cold or condensation will form on the slab.  That is the reason cooling is not usually done that way.

Actually they do, just use a swamp cooler and pipe that water through the slab and it will cool it...

Anyone want to move to northern Maine? Looks like my current deal is going south(pardon the pun.. whistling) I will make some one a great deal. 2 houses, 1 built in 2009 (super insulated using foam block and closed cell spray foam, no pink insulation) 1 built in 1989 aprox , renovated in July 2016( windows, insulation, heating system, paint, sheet rock etc.) and new septic in fall 2017. a 30x60 heated (in slab radiant)detached garage built in 2010 with drain and bathroom. 1980 Vette (black) 2003 artic cat 600 pantera snowmobile 2700 miles. 2007 glasstron MX 175 with a 135 Volvo penta stern drive and all furniture.

NO THE MAX IS NOT INCLUDED... whistling whistling whistling
