Ok guys wth is a torque limiter??

Basically a bump stop, a snubber fitted against block that is supposed to keep the engine from ripping the rubber mounts apart.

Thank you.

Torque limiter is a must. FYI the buffalo truck has a similar design mount and uses aluminum spacers instead of rubber pads. I don’t notice any undue vibration in the trucks.

Hi All
Just wondering what everyone thinks about the stock engine mounts VS any aftermarket ones.(2000 MAX II) I need to replace mine,
I used larger diameter ones when I rebuilt everything and I am seeing a lot more flex than I should. I know whipper has said he only uses the stock ones, just trying to see if there is anything else..
