I use a good trans fluid to flush out the COOL T-20 and then use this for refill.

Ok, what fluid do you use in your T-20.  If I can find Type F, I will use it with the additive.  If not what do you recommend?  I have Dexron II (not a typo) but would prefer what the book calls for if I can get it.  What say you?

That's true.  The racing doesn't bother me, I just don't want to get hooked and I am sure I will.  In fact I know I will.

If all goes well it should be ready for Pine Lake.

Going to race it? Maybe A Stock? You should for $20. Just to see what it feels like.  ;D

You may have just talked me into it, I'll have to see when the time gets here.

They were in it when I bought it.  It didn't look like the T-20 had ever been removed so they may have been originals but I don't know.  I have a 1999 Max 2.

Opened the T-20

Had the T-20 adjusted with the sticks even.  Been good for several months.  Went for a ride and everything was fine, then the left lateral suddenly was 3" in front of the right.  I knew that wasn't good.  Pulled the T-20 out and split it.  Right side was good.  The left side was a different story, about half of the one bands linings came off.  All the bands are worn but were still serviceable until the delamination.  I ordered new ones from Richard and I will be replacing all of them.  Everything else looks good, no damage to the drum.  If all goes well it should be ready for Pine Lake.
