the bad trans has about 12 teeth on the clutching side on the right or not driven side, about 24 on the driven side
the clutching teeth that is on the shift drums

When He first posted he had a problem with his Drive belt slipping. Come to find out after checking all his drive system his T20 was Dragging .

it was a fox but I see this one is older and don't have washers between the drums. not sure on bar are channel all that is gone

If it looks good and is the same as yours ( flat bar / channel ) you should be able to make one good one then rebuild the other later .
Do you know what it came out of ?

wedge I just got a barn find after digging through empty boxes and outboard engines a t20 he said it was in there I was beginning to wonder. just pulled case apart. looking good so far but no shifters and a crack, but my case is ok. you have 12 and 24 tooth set, does it matter right or left? if so the 2 or different, if it makes a difference stop me somebody

you can hear them all, I have been on Mississippi river bank in the middle of nothing and stop lunch because I think its close but an hour later my lunch is cold, but these engines will never go away down here for sure

If you are going to jump into the T20 you can get a hold of Wipper for Spec's and so on. He Pritty much Wrote the book on beefing them up and making them rite. He has some posts on here on redoing them also. A Very good guy to talk with and really likes to help guys out !!
