I figured that was probably the issue.  You may have to find a company that reworks aircraft if that place in KC doesn't work out.  I don't know if DynCorp could help you.  They deal with the military but they may be worth a try.

the big problem is the size of our pieces and the thickness of the aluminum, only .032 or less in places, if done incorrectly the medium can generate to much heat and damage and or cause wrinkles and that is a serious no go in the skin, the closest place we found is in kansas City and that is about 12 hrs.. we need soft medium under lower pressure. walnuts, 1/2 inch nozzle, with 20-30 psi is ideal and the nozzle has to keep moving and take the paint off in small layers is ideal.

I was going to try this But I went with a Soda Blaster . I use Baking Soda . Just from the store and you can use a one shot blaster or the soda blaster Harbor Freight sell ( I have Both) I LOVE it ! Works Great on Aluminum and Fiber Glass . It is what I used on my StarCraft tub.

I'm sure you already checked but maybe a collision/body repair shop can recommend someone if they don't do it.

Does anyone know a shop or person who can do plastic/walnut etc medium paint removal, it will be on aircraft parts such as flaps, ailerons, vertical and horizontal stabilizers, it is for a CASA 212-200 aircraft if you want to see the size of the plane, NOT THE WINGS only the stabs and control surfaces..within 10-12 hrs from Howell, MI is ideal, thanks for any help
