Thanks for posting those pics Marc.
I forgot about having to get rid of the shaft the bronze bushing rode on.
That’s why it’s easier to take the frame out to work on it.

Added some photos to the gallery for removing the inner bushing boss off the frame with a hole saw. Depending on the year the frame may have the "u" channels the same or opposite orientation. You may have to use the small flange 1" bearing to fit in the frame rails. Use a 1" shaft to align the bearings from right to left by sleeving the outboard 1 1/4" bearing down to 1". you will have to machine the axle inboard end to fit the 1" bearing.

Thanks Whipper, are those the flange mounts and bearings that Richard has on his parts site?

No, you would not need new axles.
Just buy the flanges and mount them in the right location.
To do the job easy and do it right you will have to pull the frame out of the car.
Lot's of work but well worth it.

What all would I need to order in order to upgrade my brass bushings to inside bearings? I know for certain I would need the inside flange and inside bearing for each wheel, but would I need new axles as well?
