Splitting the tub

Thanks I got it split in November but have not had time to go any further. The boat style aluminum and rubber was shot and it must have been 70 or so rivets lots of fiberglass work to do after new sprockets chain bearings and a stronger frame and about 4 more horses than 18

Or Clamp a Thick flat bar behind it and use a Heat gun just a little Then let it cool.

not really, just store the tube flat and level out of the sun

About to split tub and remove frame and rebuild or make new one. Is there anything I need to do to keep tub straight. I already need to repair where the winch mounts?
