Cleaning and bringing back the color

i use armor-all but its pricey.. tire wet may be a cheaper option.

This is pertaining to the Max machine body's and there body's.
What do you clean it with and what do you all use to Shine and bring the color back ? I have a New body but it has been in storage for Years and could use a good Deep cleaning ! So as always I ask you people as your the best go to people
