wedge, I go to the local auto/boat/rv/etc upolstery place in neighboring brookpark,oh and ask them to please sell me a piece of remnant "Marine Grade Vinyl". the stuffs not cheap so they inventory the rems and have em id'd quite clearly. i just look for a piece about the right size in about the color i want. usually walk out with it for 20-30 bucks, my job does not look anywhere near as good as theirs but i gave em the base and the foam 10 years ago for a seat and they got me for $170!

Plastic wood, we use it in the coastal areas because of the salt air. It lasts forever and can be worked with normal wood tools. It looks like white nylon the guys are using to make the parts for there machines

We deal with a place down her called, New castle upholstery, they have done the show cars for a freind of mine and I’ve had all my boat seats and rub rails on my fishing boats done by them. I used azak for my bases and had them wrapped with the 3 inch marine foam and vynal.   Very happy 😊 if you need pics let me know. If you need pieces of Azak let me know, I have plenty.

The material is that indoor/outdoor stuff that they use in golf cars. I think the nicest thing with the cloth is your butt doesn't slide around.  ::)
That is a BIG PLUS !!

Whipper they are VERY nice looking seats. I’m shure I would destroy them in 5 min, but they shure look comfortable for those desert rides.
