I had good luck starting with Uship. While it wasn't a six-by-six it was a 2009 model 2500 Suburban. I had it shipped from Michigan to Virginia and it cost $600. I started out on uShip and the bids were crazy high. I found the lowest bid did a little research and contacted the company outside of uship and they worked out an even better deal by not going through uship.  uShip got me started and then by going directly with the company that had the lowest bid I got it even cheaper when they didn't have to give uship a cut.

I've shipped a springer kit and an Attex top. The cost was about the same for both (even though the kit was nearly 10 times the weight of the top). I think the formula takes into account volume as much as weight  (maybe even more).

I'd guess that $500-$700 is on the mark.

I’ve had 2 shipped to me over the years from uship. Most recent was my Max IV from Arkansas to FL for $560.

The pictures I’ve posted are from a freind of mine who is a mopar nut. When he ships rear seats, or body parts, we get the long pallets, put 2x4’s around the bottom then cut sheets of plywood for the top and sides. Then we screw the sides together and threw some plastic wrap around the create. He calls a over the road freight company they come to the shop and we load them with a fork truck. I don’t have info on the $$$ but I could ask him after the holidays.
