Back together and Starts and runs Very good !
Tranny seam good to go but will find out this weekend when I have time to get her out for a run down.
Now after I run her down again it will go up foe sale .
As I want a Max 2 ! PLus I need to finish my StarCraft !!!
Hate to but need to move on to the Next Project  ;)

Well I put the tranny back together after I put new seals on both the outer and inner shafts. I checked everything for run out and we are good. Just waiting for the sprockets to get here then back in it go's
While I had the chance I Reset the carb float and changed some fuel lines around. I am Hoping the guy didn't mess with the jets as it looks like it was out ? I Hate when stuff is messed with before being test run !!
So We will see on Shake down run #2 ??

I wish I had a MAX 2 again ! Also I was hoping to try another ATTEX  but just haven't gotten there yet.
I picked this CAT up as it was a good deal and always liked them but really want another max. Just every one I look at is ether Beat to crap or Way over priced !!

These older machines are hard to get parts for !
I have 1 max 2 left and 5 attex. I know what you mean about that!! Luckily I have full access to a machine shop at work and some very good guys to either do the work or I'll do it myself. With a lil bit of advice here and there!! LOL

Just found a Site my Buddy I work with turned me onto that has ALL that kind of stuff and have 2 coming .
I can turn some off to get my clearance !
Still feel like a Dum A$$ for thinking the worse ! But man this thing has the Thickest Paint on it I ever saw !!
So no wonder I thought it was part of the side cover !  :o

maybe WHIPPER can make you up something for a larger chain and change the other sprockets also.
just the drive sprockets.

Actually this tranny is Just as Strong if Not Stronger than a T20 !
It has all ne Bands and so on in it Plus the bearings are Great.
Just need to locate a #40 15 tooth sprocket and I will be good to go.
