NOTE:  Guide is for 14-18hp Vanguards but 20-23's are same idea

 iagree on his procedure.Doing this for the 2nd time in the last few months, Only difference is that all the small bits and the top of carb goes into my ultrasonic cleaner, then I will drain my tank to insure all the remaining crappy ethanol fuel is gone that my brother put in. 2 new fuel filters and I should be good to go again tomorrow afternoon then play time.....
