Pug front shocks

I have measured the front shocks on the pug. They are 11” and they have coils over top of them. I called the manufacturer and they tell me the shocks are $86 per. They also tell me they have no springs and don’t know where to get them. I’m trying not to take the shocks off until I have a replacement set. Can anyone walk me threw the info I need to get to find them. I have the length and going to assume I’ll need the spring wigth but what about the bolts on top and bottom. Is there a trick, or does someone know who to call. I’m having trouble getting pictures to my new iPad or I would have them posted.   Thanks in advance.
