Hi Wedge, I just came back from South Sudan, CAR, and Uganda, I am finishing loose ends up here at home and going to Uganda for now. I am a Garrett TPE 331 Turbine engine mechanic by trade. Been working on that specific engine only for 30 years now.  It is funny as people think I should know a lot about small engines since I work on Turbines... Total night and day.

Other than this I cannot get into specifics on what we are doing in these places.

Hi All

Once again I am about to go across the pond for another rotation for a while. I will look forward to reading this forum regularly as I did with the "other one" to help pass the time.

Thanks to all that post and reply, the knowledge here is what allows us to keep our machines running great.
