I found it at www.partstree.com and www.repairclinic.com.  Not sure how fast you can get it.  Parts Tree is out of Austin, TX and Repair Clinic is out of Canton, MI (between Ann Arbor and Detroit).

year 2000, 18HP B&S (on MAX II) model 350447 type 1026-E1 code 00022211
I am looking for the P/N for the Carb gasket that hold the top plate onto the lower body. I think it is a 272460 but the picture I see online for it is not the same as mine..Any help would be awesome ,need one ASAP. I have gasket material and will try to make one tomorrow but still want a new one, ATTACHED IS WHAT I NEED
