Craig, what are the two levers on the steering yoke connected to? I am guessing one is replacing the throttle lever normally between the handles ?

If anyone can recommend someone who can rebuild a Villiers engine and the Dynastart PLEASE contact me.
This is what has stalled my restoration.

I have the original windshield too but it was cracked. Repaired but not re-installed yet.

I have one of these but needs engine work and possibly the Dynastart as well.
It was purchased by my grandfather back in 1963
